FRANCESCA WOODS

Francesca is passionate about allowing unseen talent to have the chance to take the stage and created Troupe 22 to allow opportunity for that. She loves nurturing creatives to take up space and be empowered to not wait for someone else’s permission before taking their place and bringing their unique offering to the stories that are not meant to pass them by. She tries to lead by example and do that for herself after many years of not giving herself that same kindness. Francesca loves telling stories in all its mediums and can be found writing, directing, producing, singing and moving shapes as well as her first love Acting. Her work with youth, care leavers, neurodiverse communities and hospitality informs all her leadership choices and inspires her heart for what she does. In her spare time she loves baking, wild swimming, salsa dancing and embroidery projects.
